Banana-Raspberry Pops |
Makes 4 (3 oz.) pops
Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain kefir or yogurt
1 cup raspberries
1 banana
1 tbsp. honey (optional)
Instructions:
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
- Pour mixture into purchased molds (or 4 paper cups with sticks) and freeze for at least 6 hours.
- If you have trouble getting the pops out of the mold, run them under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them.
Don’t feel limited to the flavor combo above, there are tons of ways
to put your own spin on what you make. Feel free to use your imagination
or try something like watermelon-lime, or blueberry-cherry. You can
even fill the molds with your favorite homemade pudding and freeze.
