MAN WAKES UP TO HIS DEAD DOG, ALIVE AGAIN!

WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOUR DOG, CAME BACK ALIVE?

Matt Olivarez thought he was doing the right thing, by ending the life of his 10-year-old family dog, Mia. 

Due to spinal problems she could barely walk, and the veterinarian told Olivarez that there were no better options to ease her pain, then to put her asleep.  Olivarez watched as Mia was given two shots and declared deceased.
He wrapped her in a blanket and took her home so the family could give her a burial.
But the next day, Olivarez found Mia sitting in front of her food bowl, wide awake and obviously alive.

"What if I would have buried my dog alive? What if I had her cremated? She would've got burnt alive."

"My guess is it was night time, or the kids were already asleep, so he laid her in the garage on her bed until the next day, instead of burying her then."

I feel bad for him, myself  I know how hard it is to put a dog to sleep that you love.  I get so attached to my animals, I think I would be too upset and want to know why, it didn't work.  Did the vet mess up, did the drug company mess up or is this a miracle?  And what is he suppose to tell his kids?  This poor guy just told them the day before that their dog went to heaven.  I feel for you Matt, my heart hurts just thinking about being in your shoes.

We adopted our newest family member Sunday 10/10/10

Her name is Brianna, so we call her Bri.  Bri is a Lab/Retriever Mix and she is 5 months old.  

We wanted to get a friend/playmate for our 2 1/2 year old Pit/Boxer Mix who we adopted from the SPCA when she was only 4 months old.  They seem to really like each other very much.  Bri is the sweetest, funniest dog we are truly enjoying her so much.  She was at home right when we meet, we have had no problem with her at all. I've already taught her to sit, shake and to walk on a double leash.  No accidents in the house either she is so smart she lets us know when she has to go.  She hasn't messed with any wires, or anything she shouldn't.  The SPCA dogs are the best dogs I've ever had.  Please before you ever buy a pet go to your local SPCA these animals are the best, it's like they know where they came from and want to please us.
