I cooked two of Rachel Ray's recipes last night and I wanted to give a review of both of them.

MY REVIEW FOR CHEESESTEAK CHIMICHANGAS
This was one of Rachel Rays 30 minute recipes.
It's suppose to take 30 minutes, but I think that's after you have everything prepared,
because it ended up taking me a lot longer, about an hour total. I think by taking two different recipes on at once it slowed me down. Plus, I was reading and learning it as I went along which will slow you down too.
I used less meat then it asked for because we aren't that big of meat eaters. It was very easy to make the Chimichangas and they were really good, but very filling I could only eat 1/2 of one myself.
The green rice was also very easy to make the family like it a lot but I wasn't that impressed with the rice myself. I would of liked it better with maybe cheese on it. I am not a huge spinach fan, so maybe that's why I didn't care for the taste. I didn't hate it, but I won't want it again. It did cook up very nicely and looked pretty too, if it wouldn't of been so late I would of tried to make it pretty in the plate with a little parsley or something. I started cooking too late for a new recipe. If your going to try it give yourself a little more time then it says.
