This is a recipe that Rachel Ray made today.  I thought I'd share it with everybody,  because it can be cheap to make.  By using veggies out of your garden or at your local Farmers Market this recipe can be good for you and cheap too!  Since it's low in calorie and low fat you can eat as many bowls as you like.

Rachel also made these Popper Croutons to go along with it.  She said, they taste like Jalapeno Poppers which are famous at TGI Friday's restaurant.

These can be made lower in calorie and fat if you replace the ingredients from regular fat to low fat instead.

Thank you Rachel Ray!
