- Cheese grater
- Cheesecloth
- Large safety pins
- Muslin or similar fabric
- Sturdy fabric belt
- Jute or other natural twine or rope
- Plastic skeleton bones
- Hot-glue gun and hot-glue sticks
- Raffia, seashells, and other found natural objects
- Old necklaces and assorted jewelry
- Pincushion
- Straight pins
- Spray bottles
- Coffee
- Black fabric dye
- Gray acrylic paint
- Water
- Paintbrushes
