This is very important to me for many reasons, but the main reason this case is touching very close to our heart is because, one of the injured officers is my daughter's friend and neighbor.  He is a very nice friendly man that has been just super helpful and friendly to my daughter since she moved into her new home less then a year ago.  He has helped her more then once with such things as car trouble and such.  And she has come to really care for him and his family they are all super friendly and nice.
So please if your able to give blood it's highly needed.  Every little bit helps, I use to drive for the blood bank and believe me it takes so much more blood then we the general public realize.  I am sure these officers must of needed a lot of blood, so every little bit we, the public can give will help.
Thank you!
