some of you. I am going to look into it myself. I've been exercising daily and doing my 5K's, but for the last 4 days I've been so hungry! It's like I can't get the hunger under control, so I am kind of sad about that. I LOVE Self Magazine and their website I think they have a lot of great useful information for REAL people. That's why I went looking for some help and came across this new diet. The recipe looks good, so I hope it's a lot of good food like that.
