I am grabbing all of these I LOVE them!
For y'all that don't know I am in the beginning of changing my life right now,
and it includes exercising and eating well. Plus I am also going to be doing many 5K races this year. I've got 2 finished this year even though the last one I was in tears with pain, but I am proud that I did it.
I would LOVE to be able to run eventually, I just don't know if I an run.
I have had many back surgeries I have rods, bolts, a fusing plus my last souvenir
a Spinal Chord Stimulator. I don't know if I can be bouncing with this or not.
Anyway I am FAR, FAR from that. I am going to be making a Video Diary Blog of my experience so if any of you are in my shoes are wanting to also start taking care of yourself lets be buddies.
I need all the help, support, and that a girls I can get, really I never ask for anything, but I want to do it and I think this time I will ask for help. I want to get this extra weight off and bet strong where I can do more to enjoy life. I am praying I can walk this pain away. ;)
