  Extra Gum, held a contest, "Viewer Quick Fire Challenge " for fans of their Desert Delight, gum.  They were asked to come up with a recipe that captured and represented thefull bold flavors of either, Extra Desert Delight Mint Chocolate Delight or Extra Desert Delight Strawberry Shortcake.
They had some great looking deserts turned in, so I am sure picking the winner must of been much harder then it sounds.  You can see what recipe won, first place and you can also get the recipes for the top three winners too.
