 You can down load the 21 days if you would like to use it off line or whatever.  There are many recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.  There's also tips, news and messages. It's pretty much all about getting your diabetes under control.  "I looked into this, because my mother has recently been diagnosed and I wanted to help find her some help to try and get this under control.  I also know of a friend that just lost her leg due to complications from diabetes.  My grand-father had problems with it while he was a live.  They started by cutting his toe off, then up to the knee then the other leg and they even did something where they had to cut from his neck all the way down to his grown.   It was very sad to see such a strong man physically and mentally have everything taking from him.  My grandpa was a real cowboy!  He had won many awards for riding bulls, he had served in the army and he had even been in a bad battle where he was wounded by one of those Korean guns with the sword on the end.  He had a huge scar down the right side of his belly that he liked to show off. ;)  If you don't take care of your Diabetes it will beat you down to nothing literately!"
