"I am a member with Banfield which is the Vet in the back of most PETSMART stores.

I just wanted to let y'all know how satisfied I am with this, "pet insurance/prevention" I am not sure what they call it for sure.  I pay right at $25 a month for each dog.  You may think that is high, but I have saved $100's already, I don't have it all added up, but  I know each time I go I have saved us a lot of money.  I've used it a lot since getting it, just last week when I took them to the vet for their check-ups, one got the rest of her puppy shots the other her rabies shot.  It was FREE, I only had to pay for their heart prevention medication I brought home.  Oh, speaking of that, if I bring in an ad or printout of flea or heart prevention at a lower price then they sell it for they will beat it.  Not by a huge amount but just beating it is nice, because it will save you time and shipping.  You may want to ask your Banfield if they also do this, I think they will, because they always remind me about it."
