SADLY 3 DEAD BY THE HANDS OF A 17 YEAR OLD

THE CONCLUSION TO THE CHARDON OHIO HIGH SCHOOL SHOOTING
Well I am able to report I had the shooter's name right, it was the 17 year old TJ Lane.
They say, TJ allegedly had a violent background, and he attended special school for at risk kids.

There were reports of there being more then one shooter, but those reports were wrong.   The only shooter was TJ Lane.  TJ lived with his grandparents and sister who went to Chardon High.  They both lived with their grandparents ,  because their parents have history of domestic violence.

TJ Lane's sister was at school and in the cafateria herself when all this happened.  Chardon freshman Sofia Larkins, 14, was sitting with Lane's sister when the shooting began. "She didn't know anything," said Larkins. "She was surprised as anyone."

The two girls fled to a teachers' lounge when the shooting erupted, and began hearing talk that T.J. Lane was the shooter, Larkins said. His sister began crying. Larkins said school officials came to the lounge and took the sister away.
The laws in Ohio, State say that if a person of sound mind is at least 16 years old and commits a he will be tried as an adult.

There are reports that, TJ use to be friends with his victims before going through a goth phase, and there are also reports that one of the friends, Russell King had started dating TJ's former girlfriend. Russell and T.J. had been friends in middle school, but they seem to have went their separate ways when they got to high school.    The (3) friends he seem to be out for were:  Demetrius Hewlin, Russell King Jr. and Daniel Parmertor.

The (3) boys were rushed to the hospital, Russell King had no brain activity on his arrival at Hillcrest hospital Monday morning.  Daniel Parmertor was in critical condition but he too died later on  Monday, and Demetrius Hewlin died Tuesday morning.  There are (2) other victims a girl and a boy, I don't have anymore information on them except that they are a live and their injuries were not life threatening.

It's been reported that TJ liked to hunt, play video games and pretty much kept to himself.  Not a real loner, because he had friends, but more of a quite type kid.
Police say, TJ Lane stole the murder weapon from his uncle.  And that he had been telling the world on his Facebook page he was upset and violent for many months.  He was writing very disturbing poems and statements for a while, but unfortunately no one took him seriously.  And it seems his grandparents weren't sure what was going. "Most likely they don't even really know much about computers, if they are older."

Lane's father did prison time for holding a women underwater and bashing her head into a wall, and then beating a police officer afterwards. When TJ Lane, was one years old his mother was convicted for domestic violence against his father.  And then when he was 3 years old his father was convicted against domestic violence against his mother!

Will TJ Lane, be giving the death penalty?

No, according to the law you can not kill a child that commits a crime when he/she is under the age of 18.  All this legal info came from Judge Brown, who was on The Dr. Drew show last night.
Carol Henderson a neighbor was on the phone and said, "the boy was a good neighbor so was the grand parnets.  He never caused the grand parents any trouble at all.  TJ was very friendly."  Tyler Lillash , a student from the school called in and said, "TJ wasn't a student that you would of thought something like this could of been fore seen about.  Something just must of just pushed him to snap."

The mother of a student in Chardon, who asked not to be identified, said, "her son knew the accused gunman.  My son's reaction was 'this doesn't surprise me.' T.J. (Lane) was a nice, sweet kid who was misunderstood and he probably cracked from being different."

The Lane family's lawyer described the suspected shooter as a "good kid" who had never been in trouble.

"His grades are pretty impressive ... He's a sophomore. He's been doubling up on his classes with the intent of graduating this May. He pretty much sticks to himself but does have some friends and has never been in trouble over anything that we know about," Farinacci said.
"They have said, he was a good kid and never in any trouble, but he was going to an alternative school?  I was under the impression it was for kids with behavior problems, but I could be wrong?"

==================

As strange as it may be after following and studying this case I have to say I have a kind of soft spot in my heart for this kid.  I don't condone what TJ did by, no means!  I only wish
he could of got help and not have reacted the way he did.
And I do believe when you grow up in violence it does something to you physically and mentally.
My heart and prayers go out to all the people involved in this case the victims, teachers, children from the school everybody who has been touched or having a hard time over this tragic event.  Including TJ Lane, his sister and grandparents too.
