Lots of Great Halloween Craft Ideas

Instruction #3 is very important! When you paint the Styrofoam balls you need to do light coats
and just layer it, because if you don't and you spray a heavy coat it will melt your Styrofoam!
That could be a serious problem, but it's easy to just cover it lightly.
